In the past, the Ski Train has used the Passenger Lead and the Buck to perform its wye move and turn around. This time, the Ski Train backed down the inbound lead toward 36th Street. An interesting shot of the train with Coors Field in the distance.

Thanks Steve. Love your points regarding the "time capsule" aspect of the photo. I hadn't really thought of it that way!

Ski Train, Coors Field, Mountain skyline... That is "uniquely Colorado," Kevin! This is also a time capsule photo. Jointed rail, F40PH power, dome car and observation car, they're all part of railroading's past. What will the future bring?
