It was painted in a scheme reminiscent of Air Force One. It was so-painted in honor of the George HW Bush Presidential Library, which had a special section on trains (and their history) in America. Nearly three years later, I was finally lucky enough to catch this unit on the point of a manifest approaching Cheyenne on UP's Overland Route.
