Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - Well, while it looked like we'd get a chance to see DRGW 5371 here on the Front Range, that is no longer the case! Apparently, whatever the problem is that 5371 has, they are going to try to take care of the issue at the diesel shops in Grand Junction.
The MRONY arrived in Grand Junction around 6pm last night and 5371 was taken out of the consist. Train was reassembled (after some switching) and got out of town. 5371 was taken to the shops and placed there around 10:30pm last night. Maybe next time!
