Amazing to think that this train, in one form or another, has been running on these rails for nearly 70 years! The last two cars here (Utah and Kansas) were business cars on the Rio Grande and were often seen on the back of Amtrak between Denver and Salt Lake. Now, they have a home on the Ski Train. It should be noted that back then, the Kansas was named the Wilson McCarthy.
